If willing to wait a few minutes when phoning at 0800 in a que one always gets a response resulting in a consultation brilliant service.

Often reception very busy when visiting the surgery usually due to self check-in not working correctly. I have noticed that these machines have a notice attached saying please use your knuckle not finger. Results usually 99% successful.

Very difficult so many in queue for the drs appointments on phone always get told im over 20 in queue
